Sign Design

With over twelve years of experience, our design professionals will gladly assist you with your sign project including from concept to installation.  We take into account all of the necessities before beginning a sign design project.  We will come to your location for a site analysis and survey help you determine 

  1. The best, most visible location for your sign

  2. The best sign type for your location

  3. Which materials and products would best suit your needs for the project

  4. What type, size and style of sign(s) are allowable by your town or city with regard to sign bylaws

  5. What additional signs may further enhance your property or better allow you to advertise, inform or direct your potential clients or customers.

While on site, our professional staff will:

  • Measure walls, buildings, setbacks and other important locations for use both in sign permitting and for sign design use.

  • Take photos of your location to allow us to provide you with pre-flight imposed photos of your sign project.  This is a great way to see how well the sign fits into the surroundings and be sure that the scale of the sign is just right.  Imposed photos of your sign project are also required by many towns for sign permitting.

  • Discuss with you any style preferences, logos, trademarks, etc. needed on your signs.

  • Recommend materials, hardware, posts, etc. for the proper installation of your sign.

Once we have all of the information regarding the project location and sign specifications, we will get to work on creating sign designs for you.  We make recommendations on your project that are in line with your sign budget and provide detailed sign drawings, fabrication and installation specifications and quotes for you so that you have everything you need to make an informed decision on your sign purchase.

Sign Permitting

sign permittingWe will be happy to to assist you with obtaining permitting for your sign project.  We can either provide you with the drawings and specifications needed to obtain the permit, or we can provide complete permitting services for your project.

Sign Installation

Every part of a sign project is critical including the installation.  Proper installation of your sign whether it be freestanding, wall mounted or even vehicle or window lettering isign installations key to the longevity of your sign and it's appearance to those that you are trying to attract.

Our installation staff has had years of experience installing all types of signs. 

When timing is critical, you can count on Express Sign & Graphics to meet your schedules on every sign project.  

We have access to a 90' crane and bucket truck for installation of all types of exterior signs.  We have a heated garage that allows us to install your vehicle lettering in any weather conditions.

Our installation team is experienced in working on large multi-sign interior and exterior projects and will work together with you to coordinate your sign project installation.
